Returns & Refunds policy
At ProBizGrowth Services LLP, we are committed to providing our clients with high-performance, AI-driven digital marketing services that deliver measurable business growth. Our offerings are service-based and often customized to meet the individual needs of each client. We value transparency and fairness, and this Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, cancellations, or service adjustments may be considered.
This policy applies to all services purchased directly from ProBizGrowth Services LLP through our website, email, WhatsApp, or any authorized business channel.
Scope of Services Covered
This policy governs all digital services offered by ProBizGrowth, including but not limited to:
Social Media Marketing & Strategy
Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Website Development & Landing Pages
E-commerce Setup (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
Dropshipping Automation Services
Influencer Outreach & Management
Content Creation (Copywriting, Video Editing, Reels, etc.)
WhatsApp Marketing & API Integration
SEO & Organic Growth Strategy
Marketing Automation & CRM Setup
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any of our services.
General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services—which often involve planning, resource allocation, licensing, and setup from Day 1—all payments made to ProBizGrowth Services LLP are considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly covered under the exceptions below.
Once a service has been initiated (this includes strategy meetings, team allocation, design mockups, or ad account setups), refund requests will not be entertained.
Valid Grounds for Refund (Conditional)
In limited cases, a refund request may be approved under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If you made more than one payment for the same service due to a technical error.
Service Not Delivered: If no measurable part of the service has been delivered and no action was taken by our team within the agreed time frame.
Proven Failure from Our End: If it is determined that ProBizGrowth failed to initiate or deliver a project due to internal reasons, and no tangible work has been done.
Project Cancellation Before Kickoff: If a written cancellation request is submitted before the work officially starts.
Refunds granted under these circumstances will be pro-rated depending on the stage of the project.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in any of the following scenarios:
Change of mind or business direction after project approval
Delays caused by client-side inaction (e.g. unresponsiveness, incomplete briefs, missing content)
Partial completion of work.
Services already rendered, such as ad account setup, campaign audit, content creation, or website development stages
Low performance due to insufficient budget, lack of ad history, poor niche demand, or platform restrictions
Use of third-party platforms (e.g. Meta Ads, Shopify, Google Ads, WhatsApp Cloud API) where ProBizGrowth has no control over policies, bans, or account suspensions
We strongly recommend all clients review deliverables, timelines, and objectives during the onboarding process before service activation.
Project Cancellation & Service Termination
A client may cancel a service agreement by submitting a formal request via email to: info@probiz-growth.com. The following conditions apply:
For monthly retainer plans: A 14-day notice prior to the next billing cycle is required.
For fixed-duration projects: No cancellations allowed once execution has begun, unless approved in writing.
All cancellation requests must be acknowledged by ProBizGrowth in writing to be considered valid.
In case of dispute, project timelines and task tracking logs will be reviewed.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund (where eligible), follow the steps below:
Submit a written request to info@probiz-growth.com with:
Your full name and company name
Service purchased
Date of transaction
Reason for refund request
Any supporting documents (invoice, screenshots, agreement)
Our team will review the request within 5–7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your request.
Note: No refund or dispute request will be entertained via WhatsApp or phone. All cases must be submitted via email.
Dispute Resolution
If a refund is denied and you wish to dispute the decision, you may escalate the case to our Compliance Team at legal@probizgrowth.com. We will initiate a formal internal review and respond within 10 working days.
Please note that chargebacks filed with a payment processor without prior communication may lead to blacklisting and termination of all services.
